Secretarial Staff Discipline

The head of HR at Meade Industries had her own unique way of dealing with the all sissy staff of secretaries to make sure they performed their expected job functions at the highest level.  And while her strategies may have resulted in law suits at some companies, her personal experience with her own sissy husband led her to understand that these particular employees responded especially well to her disciplinary measures.  In fact, employee retention was very high at this firm, especially within the sissy secretarial pool.
