The Vera Wang Institute for Male Modification, a/k/a "Sissy School," offers two post-graduate training sessions, especially designed for sissies who are going to have to earn their own living, rather than solely serve either a Mistress or Master, who would provide them room and board. The competition is fierce for the sissies to be selected for Stewardess training.
They get to travel the world and there are, ah, many fringe benefits. The rest must attend the Nursing school, where there are also some benefits for the sissies lucky enough to be noticed by a rich doctor.
Of course, even the Nursing sissies are taught special skills that assist them in their endeavors.
