    I very rarely go without panties anyway but I could see going out on a nice warm breezy day in a pretty, short skirt without them! Now let's talk about going out uncaged....

    i am directed : pantyhose, no panties; stockings and garter, thong; no stocking or pantyhose and short skirt, then cage. Of course, a cage is an option for every combination. Panties for work everyday,
