Sissies on Subways

I haven’t been a huge fan of public transportation, until lately.  The Metro in Washington, D.C., understanding that local Mistresses, from time to time, must send their “girls” out to perform “services,” and that transportation is crucial, has begun allowing its’ sissy passengers a bit more freedom in the manner of dress required to use the subway.  As a result, I’m evolving in my views on public transportation.
